About Me
I am Md Mazadul Islam, an MSc Computer Science – Data Science and Analytics student at EPITA – School of Engineering and Computer Science in France, with a strong passion for transforming data into meaningful insights and supporting data-driven decision-making. My academic journey focuses on building expertise in Big Data Infrastructure and Cloud Computing, Mathematics for Data Science, Data Exploration and Preparation, Statistical Analysis and Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Data Mining, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Neural Networks and Deep Learning using Python. These studies have strengthened my analytical mindset and deepened my interest in solving real-world problems through data and intelligent technologies.
As I progress toward completing my master’s degree, my long-term goal is to build a successful career in Data Science and Analytics, where I can combine technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and business understanding to create valuable insights and innovative solutions. I am particularly interested in working with data-driven organizations where technology, analytics, and business strategy intersect.
Alongside my academic development, I bring over 5 years of professional experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, working across web, mobile, enterprise, HR, e-commerce, blockchain, and SAP-related systems at Fireworks Solutions. My experience includes functional, integration, regression, API, performance, security, usability, compatibility, and end-to-end testing. Through this journey, I have developed strong skills in requirement analysis, problem-solving, data validation, quality control, risk identification, and understanding complex software ecosystems.
I believe my background in Software Quality Assurance provides a unique advantage in the field of Data Science and Analytics, as it has given me practical experience in working with data flows, business processes, system validation, and quality-driven environments. My objective is to leverage this foundation to contribute effectively to data-centric organizations and grow as a Data Science and Analytics professional who delivers reliable insights and measurable business impact.
